Women In Pipe (W.I.P.) is an association founded in 2022 by passionate women from sectors associated with pipeline construction.
This activity sector, which is losing its skills because it is little known, is represented by few women.
Our vocation is to interest future workers and to strengthen diversity, through presentations in schools, participation in fairs, visits to facilities, etc.
We also want to change working methods and conditions, through reflection and working groups and sharing of feedback.
